🕹️ In-game staff rules

  1. Staff On-Duty Requirements

    • Use the proper staff uniform and be in the correct staff team when on-duty.
    • Avoid roleplaying while actively on-duty.

  2. Handling Situations

    • Gather both sides of any situation before issuing punishments.
    • Use appropriate punishments as listed in the staff handbook or server policy.
    • Remain calm, unbiased, and fair.

  3. No Staff Favoritism

    • Do not give special treatment to friends or other staff during roleplay or moderation.
    • Everyone should be treated equally.

  4. Recording Evidence

    • Always record or screenshot evidence when issuing bans or long-term punishments.
    • Post all evidence in the designated staff channel or logs.

  5. Do Not Interfere While Off-Duty

    • When off-duty, you are a regular player. Do not moderate unless it’s an emergency or no other staff are online.
