📘 General Staff Rules

As a staff member you are required to follow the following at all times.

  1. Professionalism First

    • Treat all members with respect. Do not argue, insult, or belittle players or other staff.
    • You are a role model for others in the community.
  2. No Abuse of Power

    • Do not use moderation powers (kick, ban, mute, teleport, etc.) for personal gain, revenge, or entertainment.
    • Any misuse of staff tools will lead to immediate disciplinary action.
  3. Stay Active

    • Staff inactivity for more than 14 days without notice may result in removal from the team.
    • Notify Lead Staff Members if you will be absent.
  4. Confidentiality

    • Do not leak any staff-only information, punishments, or upcoming plans.
    • Do not share screenshots from staff chats or documents without permission.
  5. Chain of Command

    • Respect and follow directions from higher-ranking staff.
    • Report any staff issues privately to senior staff.
