As a staff member you are required to follow the following at all times.

Professionalism First
- Treat all members with respect. Do not argue, insult, or belittle players or other staff.
- You are a role model for others in the community.

No Abuse of Power
- Do not use moderation powers (kick, ban, mute, teleport, etc.) for personal gain, revenge, or entertainment.
- Any misuse of staff tools will lead to immediate disciplinary action.

Stay Active
- Staff inactivity for more than 14 days without notice may result in removal from the team.
- Notify Lead Staff Members if you will be absent.

Confidentiality
- Do not leak any staff-only information, punishments, or upcoming plans.
- Do not share screenshots from staff chats or documents without permission.

Chain of Command
- Respect and follow directions from higher-ranking staff.
- Report any staff issues privately to senior staff.
